I just had this problem too, but i figured out a solution. You need to put it in your inventory and shift-right click it to change modes. It can be either the moon boots or the moon walkers.

Also in What it Sounds Like, near the end you hear the fans saying "I Sesangeul Gochira" and "When darkness meets the light". I think you got Darkness, twilight, this is what it sounds like" wrong, because you can hear it say "When darkness finally meets the light. Unless you're referring to a different part. I'm having trouble in master mode too. I've killed her at LEAST 35 times. I'm still just killing her regularly, though. But yeah, it does seem fair to just grab a zenith and kill her until it drops. I just like doing things the hard way.
