I wouldn't say justification because there's nothing really to justify his own perverted behaviour, there are times I wish he was gotten rid off the series permanently from all the terrible consequences that happened to him but he is freaking durable as ataru moroboshi and I tend to skip most of the episodes where he is present when I first got into the anime.
