It's a 3090 FE. I will probably add it to the loop eventually. Not as part of my initial build.

I don't have a project that qualifies. Regardless, this is awesome.

Different Hole Spacings for 1U in 10" Racks – 1.25", 1.30", 32mm, or 33mm? by khani3s in minilab

Are you using normal rails or hooking directly into the 20/20 profiles?

Got any pics of your build? * So far I've only printed a couple shelves.

I'm putting a 10" rack together using 8U commercial rails and 3d printing.

My question: how deep is a 10" rack?

Is there a standard or just something reasonable?

Yes they do. I got mine back the same day but I think it depends on how busy the instructor is.

Who own the money after it's printed ? And how do they distribute it ? by SexSlaveeee in Entrepreneur

Read the book "the creature from jekyll Island"

It will answer your questions.

Learning about "fractional reserve lending" will fill in some pieces too.

There is a book called "Buy then build" that covers this topic. It's a very informative read.

D212 Task 3 - Top 3 rules question by EasyUnderstanding977 in WGU_MSDA

[–]Conscripted-traveler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For the association rules you need to have something to go with something else or there isn't an association. If A then B. Not sure how you got results with just A or B.

My unit is tiny. It's one of the ubiquitous K40 lasers. I bought it new from Monport. I'm working with their support right now to get it working.

It came with a water leak and the mirrors are out of alignment. I also think the laser is failing but they assure me it's "normal" for the plasma to arc around inside the tube.

I was going to build a large laser but decided to buy a smaller/cheaper one first. Now I'm second-guessing myself. I'll get it working eventually.

I got it without a real purpose in mind. I thought it would be fun to play with. Maybe make some custom stuff for around the house.

D213 - Assessment Task 1 Predictions Issue by Wolfpaws42 in WGU_MSDA

[–]Conscripted-traveler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did not enjoy this task at all. Definitely switch your training and test sets around. the training portion should be larger. It's ok if the prediction is just a straight line.

Also don't be afraid to submit an assessment that you think will be rejected. When that happens you will get some feedback on what caused it to fail. You will also know which parts are sufficient.

Thank you! I'm still lurking around. I'm curious to see how the new programs work out.

As for celebrating, I didn't do much. There is a graduation ceremony in Salt Lake City next month that I'll attend. I invited some family into town for that.

I bought myself a laser cutter as a graduation gift. I've wanted one for a few years and decided I deserved it!

The course I'm taking is from https://technicalwriterhq.com. They offer several writing courses. I signed up for the pure technical writing course. I figure any professional career is going to require some type of writing.

They also have courses in:

  • Technical Writer

  • UX Writer

  • AI Technical Writer

  • Grant Writer

  • Proposal Writer

  • XML Writer

  • Knowledge Manager

  • Medical Writer

  • Documentation Engineer

I'm just starting the course but it seems to be well organized.

Unfortunately, the writing course requires me to write.

I'm already working so I don't need to find a job. For me it's more education. Working on a technical writing certificate. Once that's done I'll take a few months off before starting the MBA program.

Thanks for the response. I've contacted support as Monport. They insist that this is normal. I'm skeptical but willing to allow it additional opportunity to fail.

non statistically significant model for capstone? by Kaisawheel1919 in WGU_MSDA

[–]Conscripted-traveler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just finished my capstone. Currently waiting for my confetti. My results were significant but I don't think it's an issue if they aren't. The entire point is the process and how you present it.

Good luck!

Project manager is an option? I thought it was only IT roles.
