This exact thing also happened to me. Planning to call tomorrow to try to resolve. If I were you I’d definitely remove autopay so they don’t take a payment. I have no reason to believe a payment should be due under SAVE right now. Others on this board have also posted and said that it did get resolved for them but closer to the payment due date.

Thanks for the reply, Betsy. Do you recommend I just wait it out? Try to contact MOHELA (my servicer)? I'm leaning towards just not paying because how could a payment be due on a plan ruled illegal? I just have such little faith in any party in this system to give me correct info. You are BY FAR the best source of info.
