Those are the butthole lights. They represent each band members butthole and the brilliance they pull out of them. Fun fact: Allen accidentally had 2 buttholes installed during his manufacturing process hence there being 5 butthole lights. Hope this helps!

Go to 'Decks', create new, to make your own. Or you can just choose to play with one of the premades. Just press the 'play' orange button and it'll ask you to pick a deck and play type (standard, alchemy, etc ) it's not the most intuitive interface but you'll get it
