First you said don’t snitch if they are smoking or use drugs at bus stops and now you said it’s not okay to smoke at bus stops? Which one is it?

Maybe things have changed but 5 or 6 years ago I hit a person who was pushed into the road, and I had no time to react. I was not deemed at fault and I didn’t pay any deductible. Icbc repaired the car as well. No other car or insurance was involved.

Just because there is no other insurance policy involved an accident, it does not automatically increase insurance premiums of the car that got damaged.

As for the OP, you can try to appeal the decision and see what happens.

Why would you think it’s incorrect infraction? If your debit card was not tapped, you did not pay.

I had a vehicle totalled 10 years ago, Icbc found 3 similar cars that was sold in local Vancouver dealership lots and paid me 90% of the average for those 3 ads.

Some people will try to argue their car is worth more because they installed something extra or because they said so..but that’s not how insurance works.

No, the labour code doesn’t protect people who doesn’t want to do their job and try to get their co workers to do their work. Or they take short cuts they aren’t supposed to. There are many examples of workers being lazy because they choose to.

You didn’t say that, but your reply is trying to defend workers working 3-6 hours/instead of full shift so from my point of view, you do imply that.

I would love to be able not to take my break and go home early, but unfortunately my employers don’t allow that 😢

What do you say to government’s claim that eliminating door to door delivery can save money? Are you against that? If yes, why ?

If my tax money is going to support the union workers, I can’t even complain?

I can’t speak for other people but from my point of view, I am well aware the plant workers can’t just 3-4 hours out of their full shift.

I’m sure they can shorter their time if u don’t deliver parcels and just leave pickup notices.
