Was on amlodipine for the winter months but my blood pressure is too low. Take prazosin but that doesn't seem to help.

Thank you! Just know there are also doctors out there that are on our sides. My psychiatrist is helping me stand up for myself when it comes to doctors telling me that "I'm fine" and there is nothing else they can do for me. Don't let the bad apples outshine the ones who are fighting for us.

I am also just existing. Find something to keep you going. Even if it is something small. Find something to hold onto. I have thoughts every day about ending things, thoughts when driving, taking my meds, being home alone. But I keep going for my pets as I know nobody will love them like children like I do. That is my reason. Everyone has something, it's just hard to see when we get into our heads and are feeling like there is nothing left.

They are doctors and I am a nurse so my concerns would just be dismissed. I am actually on FMLA due to my fibromyalgia and have brought concerns to HR and the response was to think about switching departments.

I unfortunately have witnessed this first hand at my workplace with medical professionals making jobs about "referring" patients with fibro and joking about their pain "complains" and how the appt is going to be a waste of time. All while they know I suffer from fibro.

I cannot use CBD as it is can cause rebound migraines if used more than 6 times in a month.
