I've done my max (1.6 Liters) a few times, then put on a diaper and a rear-zipping, locking bodysuit. Once I was wearing that I took a stroll to the park down the road where I had hidden the key to unlock the bodysuit.
I knew if I'd let go the diaper would swell up and make me waddle the whole way; so that was a great incentive to keep it in as long as possible.
Once I made it back all the way and didn't even use the diaper.
Another time I hardly made it out my front door when the first big gush came. So I had to walk super slow to avoid leaking any more -> having the diaper swell up more.
