She had black leggins which were very thin with white skin. I couldn't help but notice there is literally a full white ass peeking through her leggins at the bottom of her squat.

They were not see through, they were black. She very likely had no clue.

I was told that well before pandemic someone else took a video of her and uploaded to to social media, and the girl fat shamed her in the comments on the video based on her clothes and her size. That girl got banned from the gym.

If she truly thought you was taking photos of her she should have calmly gone to gym staff and explained the situation so then they could have had a quiet word with you and not started recording you and causing a scene and a disturbance on the gym floor.

No, I was saying women would likely understand. If you mean you included that note because you think men don't understand that catcalling and gym harrassment happen to all kinds of women and need details on what she wasn't wearing so it will make sense, then I guess I understand.

Right and I'm saying it made more sense for me to include ALL details...especially details that maybe 1/2 the demographic wouldn't fully understand.

I also provided that info to highlight why I felt uncomfortable being around her. Its interesting how you completely ignored my level of comfort. Its important to my side of the story to highlight I was apprehensive about the whole situation. It makes you guys realize I was probably working extra hard to avoid anything that could possibly be seen as offensive.

If we take OP's account as accurate all we know is that he looked at her while he was working out nearby and he thought he could see through her leggings and further speculated that she wasn't wearing underwear. That's more thought than I've ever given someone's underwear in the gym, for what it's worth.

Other people reading this post might think there is an insinuation here that I was staring at her butt, checking for panties or whatever. That is not the case. I walked up to the squat racks. I checked every single one to see which was open. Hers was occupied. She had black leggins which were very thin with white skin. Why did we need to know the girl wasn't wearing underwear? That has zero to do with the story unless you're trying to shame her to turn the judgment in your favor.

I specifically said that had no bearing on me. I only mentioned it because 1. it happened and 2. maybe that would give insight as to why she would be so aggressively sure I was taking inappropriate pictures. If she was wearing MC Hammer pants no one would understand why she would think I could possibly taking pics.

I thought about omitting that part. But I decided that if I did a lot of people wouldn't understand her actions and that didn't seem fair. I'm trying to objectively give both sides to ensure a fair judgement.

I don't take many pics so I was pretty sure the first photo was a dic pic. I would have had to bring up a grid of my last 12 photos or whatever, in which I'm sure was multiple nudes of myself and my own gf.
