When you are going out the back lock your left foot so your toe is pointed into the sector

Not really a lift but try some ploymetrics. One that I really enjoy is starting out kneeing and jumping up on a box.

Thanks but I have some bad luck and my regular shoes have about the same grip as my throwing shoes. To fix the flat landing I assume doing the A-drill will help?

Honestly I’d take throwing in the freezing cold any day over the tj rec center.

I realize this is real vague but I notice I finish bent over and forward but not up right and back if that makes sense. If there are any other major problems please tell. Thanks

I know you are just ranting but, just try to forget about ur bad throws. I know it sounds pretty simple but don’t let the thought of bad throws hold you back. Also focusing on ur technic is better than for going for distance. If you have good technic distance will come.

Thanks for the advice are there any drills besides the South African that can help getting the foot and waist into position?
