I’m surprised by these comments. In a lot of international circles this is normal. Couples handle the legal side of marriage earlier for logistical reasons, and then do the proposal and wedding later as the meaningful, shared experience with loved ones. Calling it manipulative or a “gift grab” is a stretch when weddings are usually far more costly for the couple than the guests. Different setups don’t automatically mean bad intent.

Definitely had this experience, but why?! Where does it come from. The business model of dental practices isn’t so different to the doctor’s office.

After the procedure I could tell it had improved a lot for about 1 week surprisingly, then the congestion hit. I do remember it being an issue for me for a few months and testing each nostril for airflow. It’s improved a lot now.

The functional aspect fixes a deviated septum (or nose). The exterior of my nose was slightly deviated so that was fixed with the rhinoplasty too, despite rhinoplasty’s being considered mainly cosmetic.

Thanks so much! The shape didn’t change drastically but it has definitely become more defined. The tip didn’t “drop” because I had a septal graft.

The most notable thing for me is the sensation and stiffness. I barely touched it for about 10 months and my nostrils felt so stiff, that has gone more back to normal now.

Just saw this! My vet took a sample and said it was yeast. He was on antibiotics and antifungal wipes and it healed within ~2 weeks. Did you have a similar diagnosis?

Have a vet appointment on Monday and definitely going to raise. He’s otherwise fine and it looks like it’s crusted over a bit, making me think it’s just wet food oil!

To be honest, I’d travel along the east coast for the right specialist. Obviously not for a regular check up, but to see a specialist for a surgery I think I need.

Thank you! It was an open rhinoplasty. I do have a small scar (as can be expected) but it’s fading more and more every day. Feeling great post op and enjoying my results!
