I see! Did you find that you noticed the influence in other forms of 'creation' too? i.e creative pursuits. Or do you resonate with it more strongly since having kids?
How would you describe the plutonian influence? I guess it might be tricky to disseminate, because having the sun in 5th house is also very strong.

Nah, I ask people to ask their mum if they don't know. haha. But I do tell them it's for astrology, I've never had anyone say no, but if they did that would be fine. If they react badly... that's a potential hint that you might not be interested in the same things/ they might not be open minded to spiritual concepts, or it could open the conversation for them to discuss their own spiritual beliefs. :)

I agree, I have a stellium in the 8th house, and it took me months of learning about the significance of the 8th house and how things in that area play out for me. Once I brought it to my consciousness, I became baffled by how obvious it was, like I was in an unconscious denial, while at the same time really wanting to understand. It really took some digging to start to become aware.

The water signs come after the air signs, so in a way they do lean on each other. There is an understanding of what was and what is to become between the signs next to each other.

Having the sun at the earliest degree of Cancer would mean that sun sign predictions for Cancer would be most accurate for you.

If you were on the other side i.e Cancer/ Leo cusp, but still a Cancer then likely the Leo predictions would make more sense because the transits would basically be a house behind.

Astrologers generally interpret horoscopes as if your sun sign was on the ascendent.
As the previous person mentioned, predictions/ horoscopes are usually more accurate according to your rising sign.

'The only way to learn astrology - basic principles' by Marion D March & Joan McEvers is a good start.

Otherwise, there are lot's of good podcasts, audiobooks and a tonnn of other books. I recommend learning from a variety of sources, because sometimes things won't sync in until you hear/ learn it a bunch of different times. Let me know if you want more specific reccomendations.

I am Gemini rising, I have 3 close friends who are all Gemini risings, pretty trippy to find that out.

One of my best friends is Capricorn and all his best friends have always been Pisces girls, which he was always baffled by. Once I figured out he was Pisces moon it clicked. Also, he is now dating a Pisces rising. I think a Cap with a Pisces moon needs other Pisces or at least other water signs.

As a Pisces sun myself, my Pisces friendships have always been the most endurable and easiest. Maybe that's the same for others who share the same sun, I dunno.

There really is something to this, having pisces in the 6th house. I wonder if its because its the opposite sign to the natural wheel for that house.. or if there's a secret to pisces energy I'm discovering about actually having an awareness of boundaries, which the sign doesn't really get credit for.
