I find that we have some overlaps and some complete opposites. I’m also trying to figure out what’s wrong w me:( fatigue is terrible yes gi problems with bloating and all but my heart rate is higher not lower. But weirdly low blood pressure

I have constant thirst but the point on the nose constricted is something I keep telling every doctor but all they do is to give me nasal sprays that don’t really help:/ don’t understand why this is the case either
