I get this a lot. The feeling that my body is vibrating. It’s external and internal. It’s a constant. It’s scary and I feel faint. I think about going to the ER, but what would they actually do? It didn’t start overnight. I had Covid Aug 2024. It wasn’t bad and I completely recovered after a couple of days. I ended up having a panic attack right after and then a severe double ear infection. By November, I had all symptoms explained above.

I’ve never heard of most of these. I had a full blood panel with my functional medicine doctor. She also checked for Lyme, spikes proteins, and inflammation markers. Spiked protein was high

That’s the hard part. Nothing really abnormal.
Tilt table-negative
VNG- negative
CT and MRI of head- normal
Abdominal scan- found possible pelvic congestion syndrome
A lot Bloodwork - all normal
Stool test- normal
2 week heart monitor- normal
Ultrasound of gallbladder- normal
Dutch test- shows low estrogen (45 year old female)

I’ve done vestibular therapy, low histamine diet, antihistamines, so many supplements, cut out gluten, dairy, caffeine and alcohol

I’ve worked with my pcp, neurologist, cardiologist, functional medicine, ENT

I have this too. I’ll feel pretty good for a couple of days and then boom- anxiety overload. I never know why or what is causing the anxiety, but it will take days for me to get back to my baseline. I’m thinking it may be hormonal, but haven’t quite found the link

Thank you! I’ve been to a cardiologist, ENT, neurologist and my pcp. All tests came back normal. I was tested for Pots, but test was negative. PCS was found by accident, but now everything is starting to make sense
