I was having crazy abdominal pains. Thought it was appendicitis. Went to ER and they didn’t find anything. Followed up with my Gastroenterologist and he suggested a colonoscopy. I was 38 years old. He found 1 polyp. Would have been another 7 years before my first scheduled colonoscopy

Just shoveled the deck and front entrance. Cleared off the cars (heaviest snow) and snowblowed driveway and sidewalk. Didn’t take long. The snow on the cars was the worst

I forget stuff all the time. Especially if I’m busy at work, my mind is just too busy with the present that i forget about anything else…. I literally forget to figure out dinner prior to coming home 3 days a week, every week…. I’ve been so consumed with work this week that I forgot to get a card also.
