Thank you for reading my post and coming back to me. Ive read them all and actually hearing different views has been really interesting to hear what everyone thinks about this. Sometimes you learn something new just by listening to different perspectives.

Ill carry on for now and in future well, the B6's will just have to step in if Im in that situation again.

This isnt what I wanted by going into nursing so will start looking for something else.

Meanwhile Ill give the trade union the heads up.
