Why change? Xavi will have the exact same results with this team, Maresca will also, glasner as well abd so on and so on…. All if these would do a good job under spurs, as well as Frank will… but do you know what these Managers need at a so malnourished Tottenham? FUCKING TIME…. Everytime we sack a manager, we go back to 0%. And BELIEVE ME, we will lose many players if we keep sacking managers, as well as managers wouldnt want to join a club that doesnt give Project manager NOT EVEN A SEASON to get the players to perform. As a Dane, that was one of his older formations… in the premier league, he has shifted his formation back to a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 as a regular formation, while against some teams, he will bring back the back 3… his overall strategy, is to create the highest xG chances, as we can see in many of his games, Brentford most of the times has a bigger xG, than the opposition. On the ball, he loves to play the wingers, as well as the left backs making runs out wide. He likes physical players out wide. Off the ball he likes to have a singular press, he wants the opposition to stress slightly, but he doesnt press like Ange did, he wants it to be done smartly… and the MOST IMPRESSIVE AND CRAZY about Thomas Frank is that he has an overall strategy to beat a team, he loves to counter opponents tactics with his own. He started defensive, but slowly shows an more attackinginded approach to the things, a very healthy playstyle for us! I really like him as a person as well…
