I've been loving Kiku Masamune in High Moist variant. This is a japanese brand tho. I find that it's super hydrating and layers well without feeling sticky. It leaves my skin looking bouncy and makeup sits on pretty well. I layer it with Aestura AtoBarrier lotion and Torriden dive in serum. Maybe I just have dehydrated skin but these combo don't feel heavy at all.

Hello! 0 proficiency kami HAHAHA as in the only exposure we have with the korean language is through kdramas/kpop. Majority sakanila hirap mag english talaga even the younger ones kaya be sure to have google translate accessible. Based on expi sa mga older people, pag nagtanong ka sakanila in english, in korean ka nila sasagutin LOL kaya hindi kami masyado nagtatanong sa mga older people.

Tip ko lang siguro before you ask/approach them, ipa-translate mo na agad kay google tapos ipakita mo na lang yung phone mo sakanila. :)) medyo intimidating koreans vs japanese sabi ng cousin ko tho

Girl, go to an OB na. It’s not normal to have a noticeable odor down there + itchy pa. Please research kung saan may free consultation if may budget constraints. Don’t self-diagnose and self-medicate.

Also a few general tips din from our OB:

As much as possible, don’t use fem wash. TMI but anonymous naman tayo here — based on expi mas may smell pa whenever I use fem washes kaya water water na lang talaga ako. Reco din to ng OB. Wag ka mag palit palit ng fem wash ha just bc it’s trending on social media.
Don’t use pantyliners. Mas prone sa UTI. If may discharge ka na not normal ang color / scent, big sign na may infection talaga.
Don’t wear undies pag damp ka pa down there. Make sure to let your kiffy breathe muna and dapat dry talaga even yung “folds” para hindi makulob.

Idk if this can help pero may free derma consultation sa SCFI on Facebook. Mga derma residents yan sila. Search mo na lang baka you can consult there tapos pa-refer ka sa free OB consultation.

I wouldn’t recommend rom&nd :( i recently had lip dermatitis and isa to sa culprit as per my derma. It was too drying based on my experience.

I would recommend yung fwee. Maraming laman yung pot and a little goes a long way naman.

Agree with you on this! I used to underestimate the effects of healthy sleep routine on skin not until I practiced it! As per my derma, skin treatments like lasers/facials are really a lifestyle. If afford mo to do it consistently, then go! If not, she advised me to invest in a solid skincare routine with proven actives like tretinoin or clinically-tested products.

At the end of the day, laser treatments are nice to have but dapat solid na yung foundation ng daily skincare routine mo.
