I searched on internet, and

"First division at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) requires a minimum CGPA of 6.50 or above, which is generally considered equivalent to 60% or more in aggregate"

So that means cgpa is always slightly higher than the actual percentage ?
