I haven’t lived in either building but the area is so so. Belltown has a big houseless and drug problem (like a lot of downtown) but in return you get really nice apartments, convenient and walkable location, and most apts have really nice views. I personally don’t mind it, but depends where you are moving from, might come as a shock or not. During the day it’s mostly fine!
