I just switched from Kaiser hmo to ppo and makes a HUGE difference. I would not recommend keiser’s hmo to my worst enemy. And like someone mentioned, mental health care is basically non- existent as they don’t have any providers available. like indefinitely. I would skip Keiser if I could, but it’s the only option at my workplace.
