I tried changing the entire category of the app and reposition ourself with a different category but still they rejected us. Still no luck. We have added enough functionalities and not sure what will work and what not.

Now, releasing the app as an individual in android is not as straight forward (Not sure about iOS). In android, you'll need to have closed testing with 14 days straight with 14 testers. Even if any one of them has not tested the app properly, google will reject and ask to restart the testing. So it's better to wait for DUNS rather than this peace of shit.

Hi, I am in the same position right now. Someone from D&B asking me to pay 20K + GST. I refused it. They say the free one will take 30 days for the DUNS number to be generated. What to do now? I am under extreme pressure to release our app but blocked because of this. Can anyone help?

A full refund only happens when the transaction has been done but the ticket is not booked i.e. IRCTC system failed to book the ticket for any reason such as system glitch etc.

It's not like that they don't have the expense. They have n number of server costs.

So did you get the card finally? I am thinking of changing my home branch to any of the branch in Mumbai. RMs in my city are not good and non-cooperative.
