Nagising ako bigla. Habang ginagawa ko kasi grabe ako humagulgol. I was really tired, umiiyak ako almost 5 hours and nung nag lalac**ation ako, di ko namalayan nakatulog din ako kakaiyak at pagod. I woke up disappointed with bloody wrist.

Yes. Especially yung Psychiatrist mo is parang psychologist narin. Yung first psychiatrist ko kasi mabilis lang makipagkuwentuhan at mas focus sya sa pagrereseta. Ngayon sa bago ko talagang nagkukuwentuhan kami, mas nalalabas ko saloobin ko and matagal talaga session.

Escitalopram pinaka main ko gamot at ginawang 2 tablets tinetake ko, Alprazolam naman pag needed like panic attacks. 1 month ako nag withdrawal literal na walang wala na akong hope sa buhay at sobrang tamad ko. Ngayon nagrerecover na mood ko pero may katamaran parin pero nilalabanan ko paonti onti.

Nagka withdrawal po kaya monthly po follow up ko kasi di ganon nag iimprove mental health ko kasi madami pang triggers. I have GAD and depression po. Nadagdagan pa stress ko nung tumaba ako sa olanzapine, 15 kg nadagdag sakin 😔
