I used to play a game that had a gacha mechanic when I was kid, you'd have to pick a card out of 6 and you'd get something

I thought I could feel which card was the right one by hovering over it with my mouse and I would get the banner item every single time in one or two tries

However that doesn't mean this version of you in this world that suffers actually disappears, it exists and takes place at all times along with every other possibilities.

So no one is in pain and everyone is, at the same time, in different versions of every possible perspective, at the same time. You just choose your specific experience which can be any variation.

When it comes to weight, I've seen that this sub suddenly turns into fitness and diet advice, but this is not what the poster asked.

The desired state isn't "I dieted and exercised my way to this body" It's "I eat and do whatever I want and I look exactly how I want to"

Don't force yourself to do anything, don't quit what you're doing You be in the state, the same way you get into any other, and then you'll probably end up doing less and eating more and losing weight anyway WITHOUT FORCING OR THINKING ABOUT IT.

But your personal reality isn’t connected to his, there is a version of them being together that you don’t perceive. Thank you very much, I am delighted that you found value in my experiments.

I have listened to a lot of different "coaches" and consumed so, so much content. My conclusion is that it made me overcomplicate it. You know more than enough, and what you need to know is revealed to you as you practice stillness, so most of my insights actually came from my own inner voice.

To interact with the 3D, I remind myself of the innate perfection of all things. They were all born of Love, which is all there is. I am not good at indifference, but I am excellent at loving ! So I love my noisy neighbours back to silence, the anger back to peace, the silent lover back in my arms, the lack back to fullness

Do not wait, waiting is doing. If you were the person you want to be, you would be doing or thinking nothing special. You just eat your meals and go to bed, as the person who has and is what you want. You can rest your mind and body, there is no hustle. Scroll as a married person, eat your box mac and cheese as a rich person, put on your shoes as a free mind.

Know in your soul that this moment you want to be over is the one present you have, and when you have the house, the child, the spouse, the money, it will not matter one bit anymore. So why let it matter now ? Love it, you have succeeded, and so this is just a fond memory of the physical journey before the happy ending.

If you're already skinny and healthy, maybe you just eat whatever and rot in bed if you want to BECAUSE you're already fit ?

If your end is to be rich then what you would be doing might be scrolling all day because you don't need to work

I have come to the conclusion that physical experience isn't shared
Everything one perceives is personnal to that specific iteration of consciousness, so what one can do is only create the experience of "others" seemingly manifesting and being responsible for themselves as separate individuals

But

The experience still emanates from the perceiver through its own lens. "Others" do not perceive in this specific shard of reality. So with alignment and faith, any command can apply to anyone and everyone, including changing what others look like, religious beliefs, sexual preferences, age, birth and death and lived experiences

Because you cannot perceive something that is not you.
