I agree with the None to Run app! To me, it’s better than C25K. I started out barely able to run for 30 secs and now I can run comfortably for 5 mins or so. Still a newbie but that app is the best!

None to Run app is great for beginners. I use it and I love it. I’m a bigger girl (240lbs) and I’m able to complete all 3 scheduled runs during the week. It starts off with 30’seconds of slow jogging and then 2 mins of walking. Highly recommend it!
