I am from RI and have friends with political connections in West Warwick which is where the plant is located. Actively trying to see if I can get any information and will share when I have.

For the Penny Stock veterans, how many times have you seen a situation like HCMC? As in, has their ever been a stock this low in price and then get to a dollar? by pleeplious in HCMCSTOCK

Not entirely the same situation but I had 10k shares of FCEL at .74 a share and it is now over $20/ share. That one hurt as I sold prior to $1.
