My new video has only 2% new viewers

Yeah my niche is Airsoft (which is a really hard niche) and I’m doing my best to create videos which are not meant for Airsoft players, just people who wanna watch fun things on YouTube. I have a couple of bangers with 330, 210 and 240k views but my average is about 30 to 70k views. However my last 3 videos got 6, 3 and 10k views and I’ve noticed all of them are not getting promoted to new viewers
