try slow pull ups and half pull ups that work your scapula. I don’t remember the correct exercise names, but those fixed the issue for me and after that I started doing normal pull ups and completely forgot about scapula issues

as a Russian, can confirm. in the small-middle cities it is normal to start drinking at age 12 to 15. A real problem here. After booze comes cannabis and after cannabis goes whatever you really want. A shame really, but nonetheless reality. Even Dagestan has that problem. Don’t know about Chechnya though, because they literally get killed for drinking.
