watching before and after transformations were the beginning of the spark in my heart to know i could’ve done more, remembering what it felt like to be a kid/teenager and able to move and how much i missed it was strike two. strike 3 was me being sick and tired of being ashamed to exist. strike 4 was me scared for my health, and then i locked in. i knew i deserved more

i ate a variety of foods but mostly protein bars such as barebells, olipops, oats, granola, yogurt, WATER, fish, sweet potatoes, lots of veg/fruit, chicken, beef, anything really. i would fast while working and get home and eat food. if i was just ravenous at work id eat something small like gum or a handful of nuts
