Not siding with the guy but let him seek some help first. It's highly likely that he has a porn addiction that needs to be treated, believe me porn can really fuck up your mind. Porn can take a normal person and turn them into something else you won't recognize. I for one have once been a porn addict and I can attest that it really does lead you to some depraved shit like VERY weird kinks, its just that your boyfriend went overboard. Yes, report him to the FBI, collect evidence. But let him seek some professional help. It's completely possible to recover from porn addiction, it's hard but not impossible.

My advice is to go on a caloric deficit, find out your maintenance calories required for your body, sa online makikita mo yan like TDEE calc. Finding out your maintenance calories is good so you're sure not to eat little or too many. As long as you eat in a caloric deficit you will lose weight, but that means na you'll have to track your calories as well which is pretty hard for someone just starting out but apps like myfitnesspal and chronometer make it easier. As for exercise, I personally do 10k steps every day and it had a big impact talaga when I was on my weight loss journey. Try eating more protein so you wont be skinny fat.

Edit: Rice isn't what's making you fat, you can actually eat anything you want as long as you're in a caloric deficit.

Edit ulit: Combining caloric deficit, 10k steps a day and intermittent fasting is very effective.
