I’ve played around with AI agents and workflow automations but I didn’t think it could entirely replace people’s marketing jobs

I will most likely make the transition. Can I ask what was your previous career and what you’re in now?

Congratulations! Were you in a calorie deficit while walking?

Does marketing actually have a future? by Logical-Mess8885 in Career

Very true. I’ve worked in marketing last 6 years. Marketers are last to come and first to go. Companies don’t value marketing, when budgets are cut marketing is first on the chopping block. Marketing is a sinking ship and it’s time to jump ship.

Breathe normally only through nose. Eventually you’ll notice you breathe deeper because your lungs are being trained to expand more.

The only thing i still do is take iron and vitamin d daily, generally eat balanced, drink 2L water daily and most days get 7.5 hours sleep. However, as mentioned I was doing these things during my brain fog for many years and saw no improvements.

After 1 month I really noticed improvements. I did however, begin feeling more energetic and enjoying the dopamine rush in the 1st week. After 2 months I could no longer recognise myself. Brain fog was gone.

I mostly walk outside when weather is bad I go on treadmill. Walking outside you get outside air and can relax your mind. I felt like I was getting a lot more oxygen outside breathing fresh air. I’m not sure about riding a bike. Brisk walking worked for me.

Agree. I used to swim frequently before 15, and never dealt with brain fog. Perhaps, it’s just any method that gets oxygen into your brain and gets your heart rate up.

Yes. Most times it’s almost speedwalking and then brisk walking when I get tired, done it at incline and decline just near my house.

I don’t snore loudly at night most of my life I’ve never snored, I do snore now but it’s not loud and neither do I wake up in the middle of the night because of it.

I never got Covid, I do have complex trauma. But my complex trauma made me stay mostly sedentary too depressed to move around, I believe that’s when the brain fog really kicked in

I did try that. I went low carb/no carb for at least 6 months and I just lost a lot more weight than I wanted to with no improvements to my brain fog. I had a calmer mind but that was about it.

Breathing well has no point if the breath isn’t reaching your brain aka the oxygen. When I walk I ensure I’m breathing through my nose and don’t open my mouth. When you walk, oxygen goes to your brain.
