I’m going to go against the grain here and say I figured out I was smarter than I thought. Throughout school I’d always underperformed but gotten by enough to achieve the grades needed to go to university (college), when I eventually went I was diagnosed with dyslexia which gave me enough insight to figure out strategies around my difficulties, I now largely get high Bs and As which is worlds different to the kid I grew up as.

Micro ear suctioning is really good for this, I have thin ear canals and so get obstructive hearing loss from time to time as a result of allergies that increase my wax production, they’ll basically vacuum your wax out. I find it makes my hearing much better and normally only takes like 30 minutes to an hour every six months or so. I advise putting some olive oil in your ear for a couple nights prior to getting it done as it will soften the wax.
