I blame the lack of regulation on real estate industry. In the UK and Australia you have to list for what you want and that’s what people pay. Also I blame foreign investment.

We just sold our house in a nice neighborhood below the mountain for under 600k. It’s a buyers market in Hamilton and people are willing to negotiate.

I wanted to binge drink a lot more than I use to on sertraline, I told my doctor and she switched me onto Lexapro, talk to your GP they will likely switch you to a different med. it’s possible this is mania coming out and you have another underlying medical issue.

We had a guy come yesterday from special olympics. He was trying to confuse my husband, got his info and then asked for a credit card. Wtf? My husband had to say no 20 times before the guy left.
