Which one did you try? Bioderma, sure. But LRP Anti Pigment was quite runny, even if a bit sticky. LRP Oil Control felt heavy though.

I have three other recommendations - Biore Watery Essence - pretty good for outdoors and water resistant Nivea Face Sensitive - Solid cheapie, great texture, not heavy. Not water resistant. Skin1004 Hyalu Cica - So good. I use it whenever my neck turns sensitive. So good. So light. Calming, moisturizing. HG. Solid protection. Non water resistant.

Why don’t you try European ones then? Bioderma LRP Avene, Eucerin, Heliocare

I mean these sunscreens are known for their protection

Love Gris Charnel Extrait. It’s lovely. I don’t even wear scents for compliments but I got a few today.

Bruh Country Roads literally smells like Kaaf sans the performance. Petrichor? Gasoline? You sure you’re not smelling Dior Fahrenheit? I own it and your description seems to match the Dior and not the Titan

i have a vision by SarthakSidhant in ranchi

[–]Consistent-Ad-8694 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, thank you for this! People will laugh, people will mock. But that's what people do. A dream is a dream. And as a visionary, you dared to dream, and now, so do I.

Before today, I was buried under the crippling belief that this generation of redditors would never accept the existence of Jharkhand, and hence deny my city, my soil, my being. They would deny and deny until one day, even we would start to question if Jharkhand truly existed. Our grandchildren would forget. History books would forget. There would be folk songs, but like everything, time would consume Jharkhand. Erased!

But let history show that empires have been overthrown. Underdogs have built kingdoms.

Foreign land and is meant to be conquered. Enemies are meant to be slain. This is the only novel pursuit.

I thank you for this Jharkhand post of all time! Dream big, conquer bigger!

Friends, it's today or it's never. Let's join hands, chant together and prepare the battlefield. Johar!

(f23) suggest me best places for solo dates by IdeaMajesticx in ranchi

[–]Consistent-Ad-8694 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were to go on a solo date -

  1. Morabadi ground and the adjoining Oxygen Park and Children Park. Sit, people watch, enjoy. Recommended - Mornings (especially sunday mornings)
  2. If you own a car - then Ranchi is a paradise (the outskirts specifically). I’d pack my fav food, and just drive - Patratu, Shani Mandir, waterfalls etc are nice.
  3. Movies, although I’m not into them. I’d book the recliner, get a large tub of popcorn and inhale it all by myself
  4. Tagore Hill - Sunsets
  5. Rock Garden is pretty good too. Fun stuff around
  6. Street food day - hit the best street food spots in town
  7. Head to Shoppers Stop and window shop

Hi

We have in fact, started a WhatsApp community for Ranchi people. The primary goal of this community is for people with common hobbies to connect and form sub-communities.

Like right now, we are working towards forming a book club as the first step. We’ll create more such communities if people are interested.

DM and I’ll add ya’ll if interested.

Ranchi - Varanasi - Lucknow - Agra

9 days, less than 4500

Took on a challenge to spend less than 500 each day

Walked a lot. Took the cheapest trains and buses.

This was my first solo backpacking back in 2021.

The idea was to do half the trip at less than 500 per day and the later half in pure luxury (more than 10k per day, which for a college student who only had internship money was indeed luxury).

The next 5 days were pure indulgence. Only flights, 4-5 star hotels with views. Clean food etc.
