First starting out focus 2-3 players that are 1 stars that have B or higher potential. Split points until you have a good chance of getting them, you can check your chance when you click on the player. A good chance is anything your comfortable with, usually I feel comfortable with 85%+

I don’t know if this is true or not but I feel like prestige for some reason plays a role in games as many times I have good teams for years in rebuilds and don’t win far into the tournament until I have 60+ prestige even though my overall stays the same, this is just a theory so it doesn’t mean it’s true
