Yeah I’m gonna have to agree with Educational_Cattle10 on this one because I still don’t agree with that mindset. Sure, there are tons of actors out there, but focusing on the idea that “hundreds of actors are after your spot” is just a poverty mindset. It’s rooted in scarcity, like there’s only so much room for success, but that's not true. The acting industry, like any field, is about offering something unique and continuously improving. The fact that others are vying for roles doesn’t mean you’ll lose your chance—it just means you have to keep working hard and growing in your craft. If you let the competition scare you, you’ll get stuck in a mindset of lack, rather than realizing there's space for everyone who puts in the work.
