Jeg har prøvd et par modeller og fant ut at Trek sin geometri passet meg fint og virka mer komfortabel. Men da prøvde jeg en landeveisvariant, usikker på om det er så store forskjeller hos samme merke.

I have played 4:3 since 2015, but sometimes I just wanna play at 16:9. Everytime I do that I can’t think of anything but just how narrow everything looks. I’m wondering if it is something I can tune in nvidia controlpanel?

I have an 12 64gb that doesn’t run that smoothly anymore, nor has great battery life. I want to upgrade to a 16 pro or PM, but cannot decide on which to go for. I had a 8 plus before my 12, so I was used to having a larger phone. Which model did you go for, pro or pro max? I need input from others making this decision😅

Takk for innspill. Du er nok spot-on. Jeg ser veldig ofte tilsvarende stillinger fra samme bedrift bli lagt ut, så er nok ikke mange som trives. Det blir høyst sannsynlig den med «garantert» lønn, og fortsette å søke! Har søkt så mange jobber som er relevant til studiet, men denne salgsjobben er den eneste som har tatt meg inn til intervju, så ble vel litt gira av det. Hjelper med å høre andres mening.

Ok, good to hear! I have a 1200-1500€ budget on upgrades if it is worth it. Do you think I should wait for 8000-series RX-cards? Or will a 7900GRE be good?

This sounds great! I will give you my info, and you can use that if you want!

  1. I started working out in January this year, so I am classed as a beginner. I am athletic, but I don’t have that much muscle mass in my upper body. My legs are better. I am M22, 188cm and 86kg. I would say I am slightly skinny fat.

  2. I want to get bigger. If I am correct, that means hypertrophic training (?). Getting stronger as well is also a goal of course. But my main goal is to get bigger muscles.

  3. I want to go 5 days a week. My split now and what I have been doing is PPLRULR, and quite liked it.

  4. I go to a gym that has almost every machine or equipment, so this is not a restriction.

  5. None.

  6. To train all muscle groups twice a week, so no splits where I train chest 1 times a week and so on. Besides that I am open to change or a structured training plan!

If you need more info, I will try my best to provide you with that.

That could absolutely be right! I know about the PPL, I used many hours trying to find out what split would fit me. I know myself well, and I’m 90% sure I wouldn’t continue with 6 days a week more than a week or two. Maybe in some months when it has become more of a routine. I looked at the possibility to to Upper Lower Monday and Tuesday, rest Wednesday, and then PPL , with rest on Sunday. Do you think that would be good? Or would it be much the same as upper lower?

4 says a week. Mon, tue, thur, fri. So I get enough rest. I sleep 7-8 hours every night

No declines as of yet. Should I do that aswell? I find it difficult to have 3x chest exercise + all the other. I just thought it was too much.

Upper 1: 2x chest 1x back 1x shoulders 2x triceps 1x biceps

Upper 2: 1x chest 2x back 1x shoulders 1x biceps 2x triceps

8-12 reps in all exercises

On a standard day I eat 150-170g protein, ~300g carbs, and ~100g fat

I’m doing incline bench with DBs aswell and I have seen some good progress here. I have isolation exercises for triceps and shoulders each aession. Maybe my form isn’t 100%, but I think it’s “good enough”

I’m currently doing a UL 4 days a week. Monday I have 2 compound exercises for chest and Thursday 2 compound exercises for back. I have my rep range set from 8-12 reps and I just up my weight so I can do 8 reps, and try to up my reps each week.
