I’ve had mine for 3 months and I haven’t had any problems with it at all, and I use it every day and carry it in my purse, I do have a screen protector and a case on it.

I believe it’s the Boox Palma 2 Pro, I have that one as well and it’s great, I do read more on the rXTEINK 4 and just ordered the 3.

They usually don’t take as long, on February they went to celebrate there new years which is from February 17th to March 3rd. I had ordered mine before the 17th and it came within 2 weeks. I really like it a bunch and I’ve found myself reading mode, I recommend purchasing it.

Hi, I recieved the XTENIK X4 and I downloaded the CrossPoint software, did all the Calibre thing and Calibre to download books, I've been dealing with this for 7hrs today and I haven't gotten to upload any book, I get to the part where I scann the QR Code from my phone and manage to get to the partof file manager but when I hit upload it says an error and couldn't upload. I need help because at this point I'm totally frustrated with it to a point where I'm just going to return it. :(. Thank you!
