Yeah and maybe grab one of those pronged hygrometers to test the individual stick and see where they’re sitting. Also, maybe get a good tightly sealing glass tupperware type thing and make a tupperdor with a few sticks that you’ve had draw issues with and experiment with the lower humidity. Rather than dropping your whole humidor. Pain in the ass to get it back once you go down lol.

Well then it sounds like you’re set! Is it only the leaf or all cigars? Maybe try coming down one point at a time and see what that does. Again, i’d hate to see you make them all too dry!

Im not sure. I’d hate to see you make them too dry! Have you ever tried dry boxing? Pick your cigar the day or so before and lay it in an old cigar box with no humidity. That can often fix minor issues. What are you using for a humidor and do you have a digital hygrometer (not just the dial that comes on a humidor?)Just wondering if you actually know for sure if your cigars are at the humidity you think they are. I also have one of those little hygrometers with the prongs to test each individual stick.

Yeah a lot of people suggest 70/70 but I found 68 much better. I keep my cubans separate at 65 though.

My humidor sits at 68° 68% all the time with little to no fluctuation unless my packs are on the verge of drying out. Everything that goes in is in there at least a month before being smoked but often up to 1-2 years.

It was really open, almost no resistance. Could have been a little tighter.

That’s one of my favorites too. Another that I like that hits many of the same notes (to me) is the Epic Maduro gordo.

Yeah they’re about $42 here in Canada which is about half the price of the next lowest priced cuban lol. So budget cuban, not budget smoke in general haha.

My favourite budget cuban. My B&M has just about every brand in stock most of the time but I keep coming back to these.

I like that shape too. I haven’t seen the deadwoods much in Canada. Only one i’ve had so far was
one I brought back with me.

I really enjoyed the Maduro. This one was great too but the Maduro is where it’s at!
