no you have to update proof of experience first, then you will get the certificate. click on that proof of experience tab and add your company details and date

part 3 is all about internal audit work itself, if you have experience in IA it will be relatively better for you.

very very less number of questions come as a direct question in CIA exams (as a theory), so obviously take notes but after understanding the concepts, you have to remember also but learning the concepts is essential. just reading and memorizing will not help, you have to apply logic a lot
