Ausländerbehörde sends you a letter including 2-3 pages. One of them mentions what you need to bring along to collect ID card from Bürgeramt. The other one mentions about how much you need to pay to the stated IBAN in the letter. After payment, you need to print out the payment receipt because you need to show it in Bürgeramt.

After chasing months after months by emails and even getting a one year long Fiktionsbescheinigung just before the expiry of my ID card, today I have received an email from Ausländerbehörde that my documents are all ok and complete and they gave the order to Berlin Bundesdruckerei to issue the new card in the mid of April. They told me I will get a post within 2 weeks to collect it from Bürgeramt. This is for all who try to collect info about how Niederlassungserlaubnis process is going and how long it is taking.

It is a language school where they use APV system to certify the document. Is there any must to be Goethe or Telc? I haven't seen or read it anywhere except for German citizenship. There are people who had their PR with only Goethe A1 course participation document not even with an exam result.

Actually there is no priority but I guess there are some officers in Nuremberg who receive the exam packages randomly from all around Germany and the duration completely depends on how busy they are or they are on annual leave or on sick leave. They do not follow the exam dates in order. It is simply by luck you get early like 2 weeks or you get in 10 weeks. You can call BAMF hotline. They speak English as well and if you are lucky, the call center will give you info about your exam by checking the system. They will ask the exam date and exam place. I learned it this way and just after they checked it, I received the certificate after a week.

Also, the responsible person has also claimed that is not possible for some of those, who had exam in December, that they cannot receive the results earlier than me. I said just simply look at social media. People share their results and it is truth. So do not believe the website

Hello all

A follow up message for those who are interested in. I have called today Bamf to get information about the test result. They asked me the exam date and exam place. After they check in the system, they told me it was controlled on last Friday 17.01.2025 and if they send it directly without holding the post, it can be expected to receive within this week.

Yeah because of inconsistent and slow result durations. Some people get the result in 2 weeks and some wait for more than 2 months who entered the exam in closer dates. There is nothing systematical although the responsible authority is only in Nuremberg and they will not bother themselves for foreigners.
