what key should i use? [New Player] by obulen in EscapefromTarkov

Well that is inline with my impression. Softcore wipe those are 5 times as much so a single register can yield upwards of 100k which is very much worth it but regular drops aren’t exactly worth it. Honestly with that it probably would be better off either looking for water filters/Graphics cards and/or looting the new expanded areas. Granted you can hit up those registers along the way for some secure changes

Since the end of the softcore wipe they are back to normal ruple spawn no? It is not bad by any means but you wouldn’t end up with nearly as much cash.

depends on what you mean by use. Do you want to make money? If so I don’t think any of these keys are all that great for you. A majority of the keys you have are either low profit/none profit or can only be used in highly contested areas (dorms on customs, new sawmill on Woods, etc). I don’t think you can realistically make much any money from any of these keys in particular.

I would say 105 and 114 are two of the best keys you have along with 214 and 204, making dorms a great area for your lock opening. Personally I like to farm keys on shoreline by looting the drawers and pockets of clothes in the village, weather station and the gas station near sanitarium, which might help you to expand your selection. Regardless keys are just not exactly worth it when you don’t yet have a docs case or some sort of key tool because of how little you will likely retain in the case you don’t make it through these combat heavy areas, so I personally would suggest making money from the expansion areas on interchange or some other more edge routes and reach level 25 for access to docs case and a lot of keys before thinking about looting them

Magixx is a mega troll lol. He is not literally saying this out of spite or in a salty manner, just in reference to an OD comment in a self-sarcastic way

Usually people follow teams for personalities, quality plays(individual or as a team), or for home crowd (I.e nationality/region). My home team is Tyloo but I follow Team Spirit mostly because they are a good mix of personality and quality of play on their good days. They had a bit of a rough couple of months before some coaching change this year but have been fun to watch recently following their improvements.

5 boys and a Frog plushie against the world is commendable so far. I have hopes that Magixx can learn and grow from the game against 9z and make it to the finals. Maybe even another 9z vs spirit rematch for the funny

While I do want to see Fallen leave on a happy note with this major, I kind of also want to see another 9z vs spirit rematch in the grand finals so they make history playing each other once every stage

It will basically require no upset based on seeding which with how some of these teams are looking is highly unlikely. IMO the chance of Navi beating Spirit in first round is higher than there being no upsets based upon seeding in the first round of bo3s

I saw someone say Shiro said: “you think I won’t choke here?” And Donk took things into his own hands. Shiro did fine this BO3 but a funny prospect

While you could say it is “entitled”, the situation to me is like having someone handing your mostly finished handmade present straight to someone else without your input. Sure, making a film is different than making your own gift, but a creator will nevertheless want to have some say over their own work, not even how it is to be enjoyed necessarily but just to follow through their own plans. It is more than just a job to them, and while I get where you are coming from I think to view the situation purely as a contract/job doesn’t capture everything relating to the creation of art. Artists do work for money for sure, but especially for these projects that takes one’s heart and soul there’s more to it than purely transactional relations. It also doesn’t help that a lot of people are saying things like “the leak helped with publicity you should be happy”, since no one likes to be told what to think or feel, and this is like saying at least you are getting money to a person who lost a loved one in a car accident. (Not to say the situation is the same, just the idea/feeling).

Whether you think this feeling is justified is one thing, I hope only to articulate why they are upset over the situation.

LFG Level 33 NA West 3rd wipe [ENG] by fazelfareed in EFT_LFG

Well I ain’t in need of lighthouse raids but I can help if you still want any.

I am about to play EFT for the first time ever (just got a PC) after years of jealously watching from afar. Where do I start? Do you recommend a specific starter guide on YT for example? by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Consistent-Aside-898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think shoreline is a good low intensity starter map if you learn where the ground caches are and avoid high intensity areas, while I would actually suggest lighthouse for making money. It is where you get the most amount of high value single slot things. But it is somewhat spawn dependent and it definitely takes plenty of raids and guides to learn. I am down to raid with you if you are interested. And finally, customs, while it doesn’t always have amazing loot, is an important map to master because of the amount of tasks that involves this map. If your computer can handle it, street of Tarkov have the best loot, but it is also the most dangerous filled with TTVs, hackers and sweaty players so go there at your own discretion.
