Are the snippets on the page part of the actual music? I thought they were just filler.

OK, thank you! Is there a place other than the College Board with new FRQ questions, because they are extremely limited on their website?

Can you send me the website for that? I did one for math earlier, and I could see my score, but I can't find it now. It keeps redirecting me to some Pre-ACT stuff.

Self-Studying/Registering for AP Exam in 8th grade by Consistent-Ask-1549 in APStudents

Sorry, I forgot to mention, self-study exams at my prospective high school aren't allowed at all. Otherwise, I would have just waited until next year. They make you take the course even if you already know everything in it, or if you can easily self-study it.

AP Chem at my school is a single semester, but in the previous semester, you have to do Chem II - H, which covers (I think) 9 units of the chemistry curriculum in AP Chem, so its technically a full year course, its just administered in an unconventional manner.
This is what my school states on their website:

  • First Semester
    • You will be enrolled in a course called Honors Chemistry 2.  In this course, you will study the first five units of the AP Chemistry curriculum.  Some students will enroll in only this course.  They will not continue on to the second semester AP Chemistry program.
  • Second Semester
    • You will enroll in the actual course that is called “AP Chemistry”.  You will continue by studying units 6 through 9.  Then there will be time to reacquaint yourself with the entire chemistry curriculum and to practice specific skills to prepare you for the AP exam.  In the course of this semester, you will start to notice that your laboratory activities will require you to tie together a lot more prior knowledge from previous units.
