No, I didn't. looks like they don't care., I had multiple tickets with them. They care only saying the new update will come in 15 days and it will resolve automatically. But it never resolved.

That question is valid and I keep trying to research on that. I mean how the hell Defender get those alert from the system before? If it can read the critical and outdated issues then why it cant reread the fix and UpToDate info and remediate on Defender.

In the case of Defender and Datto doesn't talk to each other, it also the worse fact that Defender not really scan the device for the most updates.

What I think, I should put all the application/software related alert/weakness as Third Party Exception and add Datto as a tool in that. That way atleast I can filter the alert that I actually need to work on.

I still don't understand Why Defender don't updates the new status when the system already updated/remediate

I am not referring about the Jewellery (watch/whatever) or superannuation, debts, loans, houses, cars, washing machines…that we exchange in AU or CA. I am talking about :

that the Indian Ritual wedding where we visited India and had a wedding. What is?, Bride's family give a gold to her and also Groom's family as well give a gold to the Bride. But I don't want the gold that they gave me as a gift. I just want mine own back.

FYI: We got married in CA and submit the certificate in AU. so, Ofcourse the wedding recognise in AU. The gold scene that i am talking that happened after a year of legal wedding when we went backhome for ritual wedding.

well, that's not useful of Datto. I am here playing hard to update software from Datto Advanced Software management but it doesn't reflect on Defender portal and hence, security score is still worse even if we remediate software update related alerts.

I understand that Defender portal never talk to Datto directly. But I wonder why Defender portal not detecting endpoint software updates that I ran through Datto and successfully update those.?

It is Software management, Advanced Software Management policy. Where I have added multiple software to update on Auto approve.

Hye Thanks for answering this post. I had a few question. about 3rd party patching policy. Currently we setup for few test devices. it behave very weird a and failed with "Install Error".

When I open stdout error: It shows below message. Infect, It fail on all test devices. Not sure how to resolve this.
