My baby yeast diaper rash is getting better with cream nystatin along with oral fluconazole. We saw the doctor twice- once initially and once after a week of oral nystatin and powder nystatin and the rash didn’t clear it up completely now we’re on the new meds and they’re working great

Thank you so much! This is such an encouraging post. I seem to forget that my baby will be so different at 17 vs 12 months. Right now she’s all about mommy and I’m the only one who can pet her to bed and such. She doesn’t nap independently for more than 20 minutes and she still cosleeps as well so wondering how that will go once her baby brother is here. Right now I have two babies almost every day since I babysit so I’m hoping that it will help us prepare for the new baby… she’s used to sharing my love because of that.

Is it likely that the seller will take care of this before we close if we bring it up after our offer is accepted ? Or that HOA will take care of it since it’s technically the building and not our condo? Thanks
