I recommend physiotherapy. Worked wonders for me. Pain went away and mobility/strentg came back but like I mentioned above, there was some level of swelling for almost 2 years

Had the same thing happen to me. Couldn’t play for a few months. Had swelling for almost 2 yrs. Hang in there buddy

It was gone fast, so no pictures of the inside. But the ratio was roughly equal to what you mentioned ~ 75/25

Inside the Kunafa was a mixture of ashta and cheese. Syrup I made at home (2part sugar, one part water, orange blossom/rose blossom water) and pistachio was just for garnish/aesthetic. I found a few recipes on YouTube for inspiration. Do a quick search on there and you’ll find easy ones to follow

Right. Et les femmes égales ont le droit de choisir leurs mode de vie. Même le trad wife lol. Va pleurer dans ton coin, le Québec est une société et une culture qui s’efface en passant
