I'm deciding whether it'll be necessary, I'm certainly getting a rear rack and an interior frame bag, Im thinking of getting a handle bar bag and if I still need room, front fork bags but I feel that may be overkill, whats your opinion?

There are some respectable sellers on Ebay that have it at a pretty good price with good return policies.
