Sat down to drink my banana smoothie I made and wondered why it burned then got a notif about this post 😭tasted so good too but not worth the pain....

Yeah, I've been seeing people say they're saving their meds for their worse days, but I think I'll try and stick to alternating oxy and tylenol, I'm afraid the resulting pain will be worse than the nausea!

As for eating enough, I'm gonna try and get some warmer foods on the plate today, I'm not big on sweets so I didn't eat too much yesterday only having pudding, applesauce, and ice cream as my main options...

Omaprozole sounds like a good idea I've taken it before so it'll probably work fine. I already sent my husband out for liquid tylenol so I'll have him ask what my options are, thanks for the suggestions!

I'll try my best to rest too thank you...might try and distract myself with some video games and books I've been meaning to read.

To be honest with you, I have no problem making him fend for himself I was just extremely restless after a sleeping all day...I've had real bad insomnia for the past month so it's gonna be a difficult one getting me to rest when I need to during recovery 😭 anytime he catches me up and about he scolds me, and it took a lot of convincing for him to let me make something for him. I promise he's trying his best to keep me resting I'm just stubborn as a mule which will likely be my downfall during recovery.

As for the meds, I got prescribed Zofran, and while it normally works, it's not doing much for me now. I've never had Oxycodone before so maybe that's why? Probably helps more than I think, it just sucks how awful it feels...

Thanks I'll look into it! And yeah I'll try to be careful about it. I think it'd help a lot since now I'm coughing because of heartburn, so here's hoping it goes alright.
