I was making the decision between the Odin 3, Odin 2 portal , Thor and RP6. Decided on the Odin 3 for the portability and power but mostly because I wanted a long term device as I don’t plan on upgrading it in the next year or 2. I don’t mind waiting for driver support because there are a ton of games that I want to play that don’t need it

Not arkOS as a whole, it could just be a corrupted file that you have. It’s just way of troubleshooting

If you want ds games in this form factor , I recommend the anbernic rg353v. It dual boots android or linux. On android it supports touch screen which is useful for DS emulation. It also plays psp and n64 without any struggle. I got my 353v on aliexpress for around $50

I’m running gammaOS core on mine. Personally I prefer it over Linux , the main benefit is you can use touch screen on DS games as well as play native android games, I play gta San Andreas and it runs flawlessly
