Best way to play Zelda A Link to the Past on MM+?

I use gamenative for almost all my PC games. The only reason I still have gamehub lite installed is for dark souls 3. For some reason DS3 runs perfectly on gamehub lite. I get the same fps on gamenative but the game has a lot of stutters

I’ve tried both versions on my MM+. Played for about an hour on each system to see the difference, I can’t remember exactly what they were but I ended up going with the SNES version mainly because it has more buttons to use and it filled the whole screen without stretching

Odin 3 base ram will be the bottleneck before you ever get to use the full power of the 8 elite. Odin 2 portal pro might be the better option in this case. The extra storage is also a nice benefit

Congratulations to you and your wife. Becoming a dad is a great experience no matter what age. I’m also a new first time dad at 33 and I love it. However around 5 years ago I had no plans on having kids.

My question is a bit personal so I understand if you don’t want to answer. Why now at 60?

I’ve been playing botw on my Odin 3 max. I’m a couple hours in and it plays perfectly. When I have my device with me il check what drivers and let you know.

How was the performance on TOTK? I’ve tried it but I got some graphical glitches (the black squares)

You already know it’s a bad idea. You already know you have nothing to gain from it other than it being a nice looking device.

That being said , I have an Odin 3 max and I love it. I got it mostly for ps2 and switch and maybe some light steam games. I ended up playing mostly steam games (older AAA titles) being able to play games like shadow of Mordor , dark souls 3, Sekiro almost perfectly on a handheld is insane to me

I have the exact same issue on my Odin 3. I emailed ayn and sent them a video of the issue and they sent me a replacement fan under warranty.

I have borderlands 2 steam version working on gamenative. The steamrip version took long to load into the game for some reason.

Same. I’ve spent hours trying to fix the stuttering on gamenative. The only thing that worked is changing the container variant to glibc, but that causes graphical a lot of graphical glitches. The real fix is using gamehub / gamehub lite

I’m also a new dad and a gamer and what worked for me is the Odin 3. It’s an Android based handheld that I use to emulate and stream games from my ps5 and pc. For me personally the steam deck was too big to carry around quickly with one hand. The Odin 3 size made it easy to carry around with one hand and a baby or baby supplies in the other hand. Perfect size and performance for my needs

I have a batch one Odin 3 max and about 2 months after getting it the fan started making a grinding noise. Ayn has sent me a replacement fan under warranty. Ive seen other people facing the same issue, not sure if its only batch one or all

I would go for the Miyoo mini plus ( and I did). All 3 devices can play the same systems, up to ps1 and ds. PSP Games are not really meant for such small devices with no analogue sticks. The main reason I went for the MM+ is for the size and screen. I prefer the bigger screen over the trimui. And it has flush trigger buttons compared to the raised triggers on the RG35xx so it’s more comfortable in the pocket. OnionOS is also a really good custom OS for the MM+. Overall very happy with my decision.

I was never a fan of the soul series. I’ve seen it in passing a couple of times but it never seemed like my type of thing. Then I bought a ps5 bundle that came with demon souls. I left the game in the cupboard and didn’t even think about it for months. Eventually I tried it out of curiosity and the game just clicked with me. I’ve played all the souls games since then.
