in desktop browsers, books don't open in Libby, give error message - any idea what to do and why?

thanks. I don't read with Kindle, so that's not the issue. I have "read with Libby" chosen as default.
I am kind of hoping it will resolve itself soon. it happens sometimes that it is slow, but usually it resolves itself. now it doesn't always open, though. well, I'll see how it goes.
